I'm trying to install my Axiom software. Why isn't the installer listing any Bentley applications to install for?

If you are trying to install your Axiom software and the installer is not listing or showing the Bentley applications you want to install for, there are a few possible causes for this.
Wrong Installer
You could be using the wrong installer for the versions of the Bentley software you have installed. For example you could be attempting to install with a V8i installer, when you are running Bentley CONNECT products. Or vice versa.
Version Incompatibility
You may be attempting to install Axiom software for a MicroStation version that we haven't yet added support for. Right now we support up to MicroStation 2025. If you attempt to install for MicroStation 2026 (not yet released at the date of this entry), it's not going to work.
Bentley Verticals
If you install for a Bentley vertical product such as OpenBridge Designer, you may not see that Bentley product available during a typical installation. No problem. Just perform a "Custom" installation. Attached are directions for installing to verticals.
