Microsoft Office Importer for AutoCAD -- Why aren't my pastes updating automatically when I open my file?
This will happen either because Microsoft Office Importer is not set to auto-update, or due to the paste not being set to automatically update on open.
You can solve either issue in settings.
- Press the "Settings" icon from the Microsoft Office Importer palette.
- Set the "Category" to "Linking".
- Toggle on "Update automatically when drawing file opens."
- Set the "Category" to "Updating".
- Toggle on the feature labeled "Update all modified "automatic" pastes without asking."
- Go to File | Save Settings.
